ONIRIC RECOVERY LAB · IN-PERSON ASSESSMENT

Understanding how you are supported helps you understand how you recover.

The Pressure Mapping Session turns your sense of support into a contextual biomechanical reading. We measure how your body load is distributed before considering any recommendation.

FROM SUPPORT TO DECISION

Comfort is a sensation. Support is data.

If your sleep is not fully supporting recovery, a pressure map adds a piece of information that sensations alone do not reveal.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSION

A brief, guided and contextual assessment.

We record how your body is supported on a standardised firm surface. We then relate the map to your posture, anthropometrics, discomfort and sporting context.

THE PROCESS

We are not looking for a perfect posture. We are looking to understand your support.

01

Contextualizamos

We review your Recovery Profile, sleep habits, activity and the signals that keep recurring.

02

Medimos

We record pressure distribution in the positions assessed, on a standardised firm surface.

03

Interpretamos

We relate the map to your posture, anthropometrics, discomfort, sleeping habits and sporting load.

04

Decidimos

We translate what is observed into a next step tailored to the available evidence.

PRESSURE MAPPING SESSION

Your map shows how load is distributed.

Colours identify relative pressure concentrations and areas of lower load or contact. An isolated colour is never a conclusion: it is interpreted alongside the rest of the information.

BIOMECHANICAL INTERACTION INDICES

The metrics are read together.

01

Pressure relief

How load is distributed across areas such as the shoulders, pelvis or lower back.

02

Support and stability

Whether the surface appears to support posture without creating evident compensations.

03

Responsible interpretation

An index does not diagnose injuries: it indicates where to look and which decision makes sense.

FROM EVIDENCE TO DECISION

A recommendation is useful only when it fits your context.

Pressure Mapping is combined with your body data, sleeping habits, sensations and sporting load. Only then can it guide a configuration or a specific action.

POSSIBLE OUTCOMES

The next step should be proportionate to what is observed.

01

Keep observing

When there is no consistent sign that the sleep surface is affecting rest.

02

Adjust the routine

When sleep, schedules or recovery first require a simple change.

03

Review with a professional

When the pattern or discomfort requires an additional assessment.

04

Consider an Oniric PRO / PRO FIT configuration

When the map, context and sensations point towards a sleep configuration.

ONIRIC SLEEP FITTING™

An Oniric configuration only makes sense when data, context and sensations are coherent with one another.

NEXT STEP

Knowing your Pressure Map helps you know yourself better.

Pressure Mapping brings biomechanical evidence to a more personal, understandable and proportionate sleep decision. It is not about finding a perfect surface, but about understanding what your body needs to recover better.

A biomechanical guidance tool. It does not replace a medical assessment.
